In 1998 we recognised
the need to implement precise criteria for this basic commitment.
The ISO 9001 and UNI 10574* standards have guided us in the definition
of our Quality System and procedures, and in March 2001 we were certified
to both standards.
In 2003 we completely reviewed our Quality System in terms of the
principles set out in Vision 2000, and consequently achieved certification
to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.

overview of our translation services procedures, aimed at guaranteeing
customer satisfaction efficiently and effectively.
